Border has recently announced a number of significant changes to its customer support team with the appointment of three strategic new roles aimed at enhancing its support service.

Lizzie Nicholson joined Border in the role of technical administrator. Ms Nicholson’s role is to be the first point of contact for customers telephoning the support department where she logs and helps prioritise Border’s response. In addition, this key position involves supporting Border’s commercial function as well as maintaining the administration and smooth running of the office.

Harrison Knight is moving from Border’s support department into development in the role of trainee developer. Finally, Holly Brown will be moving from her role of technical administrator to support executive.

“It’s great that Border has been able to offer a pathway for progression to these fantastic members of the team,” said Phil Davies, commercial manager.

“Staff development is one of the key drivers to providing a first-class system and an outstanding support service to our customers. There has been a lot of development, both at Border and with CounterAct Software, over the last 12 months and we are determined to maintain momentum.”
