Carrefour postponed until February 2021 - updated

Following a questionnaire that was sent out to the exhibitors and partners of the tradeshow, the bureau of Atlanbois decided to postpone the event stating “Please make note of these new dates in your calendars! This exceptional situation imposes upon us to react with calm and consideration. Take care of yourselves and we’ll be in touch again soon! Wishing you all well.”

"A health crisis unlike anything we have known before has changed the shape of things for tradeshows around the world. The organisers of Carrefour International du Bois, aware that there is no escaping the impacts worldwide of this crisis have also made the decision to change the dates of the show," said Pierre Piveteau, president of the Carrefour International du Bois.

"The timber industry must more than ever come together to meet the challenges that we will face in the coming months. This situation which is unique imposes upon us to act with calm and consideration."

"The team questioned the exhibitors and partners as to their choice of a date for the postpone- ment that would be best for the majority. The bureau of Atlanbois made the final decision for the Wednesday 3, Thursday 4 and Friday 5 February 2021. This date will allow us to programme the next show in May 2022 at the normal dates and allow companies to relaunch their activities serenely".
