CLT sculpture turns heads on Thames
3 October 2018A cross-laminated timber (CLT) sculpture of a head has been installed on London’s South Bank as part of a mental health project.
The 9m-high Head Above Water by Steuart Padwick was towed to Riverside Walkway, Queen’s Stone jetty†as part of the annual London Design Festival.
Structural engineers and CLT specialists Ramboll worked on the project.
