Ditchling Museum wins Wood Awards gold

Ditchling Museum of Art + Craft by Adam Richards Architects has won the Arnold Laver Gold Award in this year’s Wood Awards.

Described by the judges as "a gem", the museum comprises an 18th century cart lodge and Victorian school, linked by a new, cross-laminated timber building.

The other winners, announced at the Wood Awards ceremony at Carpenters' Hall in London last night were:
