DLH divests land in Brazil

9 January 2013

DLH has sold major land and properties in Belem, Brazil, to a local contracting company.

The sale, which was announced in September 2010, has been delayed while DLH worked with local authorities on the conveyancing deed.

The sale finally went through on December 21 and DLH sold the land and properties to Atacadao, a subsidiary of the French Carrefour group, for DKr60m.

The proceeds will be used to reduce the DLH Group's net interest-bearing debt, which stood at DKr315m at the end of November 2012.
