Gibbs & Dandy has recognised its staff’s contribution to the business for 2017 through an awards scheme.

Celebrating excellence in customer service and exceptional in-store results, the Big 5 Sales competition has given the unsung heroes of the business a platform to be praised and rewarded for their hard work.

Three teams, from Nottingham, Hereford and Kettering, were awarded for delivering excellent sales and customer service throughout last year. The awards ceremony saw colleagues rewarded for the exceptional in-store results with £150 in gift vouchers each.

“We are thrilled that three of our branches have accomplished such a fantastic achievement,” said regional director Leigh Hill.

“Delivering first class customer service is at the heart of our company, and these particular teams have demonstrated a real understanding and appreciation of every stage of the customer journey.

“A big congratulations to the teams for all of their hard work,” he added.
