Lavers installs Essepigi Evolution to boost door production
3 April 2019Arnold Laver & Co who recently merged with the National Timber Group to create the largest independent timber distribution business in the UK, has recently installed a new Essepigi Evolution high volume door processing line at its main Bradford premises. The line was supplied by UK agents JJ Smith.
This investment came as result of the increasing demand Lavers has been experiencing for its performance doorsets and doorkits. The new line can automatically carry out all the required door machining operations, with production time for a typical interior door being just one minute.
“The installation went very smoothly and I am pleased to say the Evolution is working extremely well and is meeting all our requirements,” said John Gabbat, Bradford site director.
