Merchant makes first acquisition in Surrey
18 March 2018Independent builders’ merchant DW Nye has acquired Fixings and Powertool Center in Redhill, Surrey.
It first acquisition for family-run DW Nye, which has been operating for over 30 years and is based in Kingsfold on the Sussex/Surrey border.
Fixings and Powertool Center, which specialises in a wide range of fixings, fastenings, power and hand tools, workwear, site equipment, and other consumables, will continue to trade under its existing name.
“The company has very successfully operated in the fixings and power tools market for the last 20 years and its range of products perfectly complements DW Nye’s offer and brand ethos,” said Rex Nye, owner and MD at DW Nye.
