Mid-Sussex Timber Christmas tree tradition continues
20 December 2019In its 90th anniversary year, Mid-Sussex Timber has now supplied East Grinstead’s town centre Christmas tree for over 35 years.
The company, established in 1929, once again delivered and assembled the tree, ready for the annual ‘Big Reveal - Christmas Tree Lights Switch-On’.
To commemorate Mid-Sussex Timber’s 90th year, the tree was cut down by Simon Waters, who along with his brother Tim took over the company in the 1980s from their father R D Waters.
