New customer services team at SCA Merchant Services

SCA Wood UK has appointed Harriet Wallsgrove as commercial support manager, and Michael Wall and Zoe Evans, as customer services and sales assistants.

Ms Wallsgrove previously worked for SCA shortly after leaving school, supporting the internal sales team before moving into an external area manager role with SCA and then Rowlinson Timber Ltd. 

Ms Evans joins SCA from the financial services sector and Mr Wall joins from the car sales and service industry.

“We are really excited by the appointments of Harriet, Michael and Zoe,” said Toby Lewis, head of sales “It’s like Harriet has never been away and both Zoe and Michael have settled into SCA as though they have been with us for years.

“Harriet brings with her a wealth of industry knowledge and connections and additionally she has the benefit of understanding what really matters for our customers due to her field sales experience,” he continued. “Zoe and Michael have settled into their first timber sales role quickly and we hope to see them support our sales team, as well as develop their own skills and competence in sales support in the future. All three new starters have extensive digital media and marketing experience that perfectly complements this dynamic new era of communicating with our customers.”
