New role at Kerridge CS will enhance cloud services

20 August 2019

Neil Abraham has joined Kerridge Commercial Systems (KCS) as director of cloud operations.

The position is a new role at KCS, created as part of the company’s continuous investment in its K-Cloud team and cloud-based product solutions. The vast majority of customers now choose to consume their mission critical KCS software on a SaaS (Software as a Service) basis delivered from the K-Cloud.

Mr Abraham and his team will be responsible for the design, provision and support of the whole cloud infrastructure at KCS, including the global management of KCS data centres and relationships with third party vendors and partners.

“I’ll also be focusing on the methodology that goes into delivering our cloud offerings, to ensure KCS delivers a top quality service in the most efficient way,” said Mr Abraham. “I want to simplify the process of working with us for our customers, and to deliver a world class cloud service that KCS and our customers have total confidence in, and that will support their business critical IT systems and processes.”

Many KCS staff and customers will already know Mr Abraham from when he was responsible for global cloud services at CDK (previously known as ADP – and as Kerridge before that).

Since leaving CDK last year Mr Abraham has headed up a software support division in an HR/payroll company.

“I’m delighted to be working back in infrastructure which is where I really feel at home, with a team I like and for a company I admire,” he said.
