Online Accoya Academy launched
16 July 2014Accsys Technologies has launched the Accoya Academy – an online learning resource providing extensive information and details about its modified wood product, Accoya.
The training tool, at www.accoya-academy.com, is free, and easy to use, said Accsys, and has been designed to give distributors, designers and architects a better understanding of the product.
The short course consists of a presentation on the history and process of acetylation and the environmental and performance characteristics of Accoya.
This is followed by case studies featuring Accoya and a short test comprising 10 multiple choice questions. A score of 90% or more will result in an Accoya certificate.
