Rougier finalises sale of Rougier Sylvaco Panneaux
10 December 2018Rougier Group has finalised the sale of its Rougier Sylvaco Panneaux business to the Malvaux Group.
Rougier Sylvaco Panneaux specialises in the importation and distribution in France of wood and plywood of all origins.
Rougier announced the start of exclusive negotiations on November 20.
The sale is part of the refocusing of the Group’s activities.
