SAM Mouldings acquires Select Timber Products

The deal represents the second takeover in the mouldings sector in just a week, following the move by W. Howard to acquire Balcas’ mouldings business.

Select Timber, based in Spalding in Lincolnshire, has been supplying interior mouldings products to the construction industry since 1989.
