Sydenhams acquires Avon Plywood

Established in 1983, Avon Plywood specialises in cut to size, machined and edged sheet materials, as well as the supply of timber and mouldings from its site near Bristol.

Sydenhams managing directors, James and Charles Sherborne said they looked forward to being able to offer new and existing customers with a wider range of products and services.

Paul Williams and Chris Toogood, who founded Avon Plywood with their colleague Ken Miller, said they were delighted they had found a good home for their business.

They said the acquisition would put Avon Plywood in a strong position to move forward and expand for the future. The business will continue to trade as Avon Plywood.
