Teknos gets cooking
30 May 2019Oxford Planters, designers and makers of luxury outdoor planters and furniture, called upon Teknos GBI to provide them with the coating required to finish an outdoor kitchen at the Royal Horticultural Society Cardiff Flower Show. The kitchen was designed and made by Oxford Planters for Peter Donegan, a designer at Donegan Landscaping, and his Perennial Garden at the show.
Tricoya and Accoya were Oxford Planters’ materiald of choice for the design and, with a donation of sustainable paints in Anthracite, Lead White and Mischief from Teknos, a beautiful hand painted outdoor kitchen was created.
“A big thanks to Teknos for the donated paints – everyone loved the kitchen,” said Sarah Pierce, director of Oxford Planters.
The kitchen was used by a celebrity chef live on television during the show and is due to be relocated to Veterans Growth, a charity that provides horticulture therapy to veterans facing mental health issues.
