Trade gathers at TTJ Awards
3 October 2016About 420 guests from across the timber trade gathered at the Brewery in London last Friday for the annual TTJ Awards.
Former England rugby hero Martin Bayfield provided the entertainment and hosted the awards presentation, which saw Timbmet win the Timber Trader of the Year prize.
Other winners on the day included Panel Supplies winning the Panels Trader of the Year, MDM Timber scooping the Softwood Trader of the Year, Timbmet (Hardwood Trader of the Year), International Plywood (Plywood Trader of the Year), XL Joinery (Joinery Product Supplier of the Year) and Chilworth Timber (Small Timber Business of the Year). David Francis of DHH Timber won the new Lifetime Achievement Award.
The celebrations continued after the presentation at the Post Awards Drinks.
