TTJ Awards 2020 voting underway

6 May 2020

The digital voting process for the TTJ Awards voted categories is now underway.

Our online voting system has had new features added this year so customers of the timber trade can also now rate their suppliers over different areas – including product quality, deliveries and customer service – providing more feedback to the trade. People can also leave comments.

We are also keeping the voting process open for longer than normal this year – May 5 to July 10 – in order to give more time for the trade and its customers who are understandably currently having to cope and adapt to new trading pressures brought on by the Covid-19 pandemic.

The voted categories cover a comprehensive area of the timber trade – softwood, hardwood, panel products, merchants, joinery products, structural timber systems and small businesses.

The overall award of Timber Trader of the Year is awarded to the best all-rounder company who excels over multiple product category areas.

Timber traders are encouraged to notify their customers base of the voting link, with the voting process taking just a few minutes.

Typically, voters consist of a wide range of timber buyers, including joinery companies, construction firms, timber product manufacturers, architects, pallet producers, merchants, structural timber systems producers, furniture makers, shopfitters, local authorities and others.
