TTJ Awards to be held on September 29

The annual awards event for the timber trade recognises and rewards service excellence, as well as achievements across areas ranging from marketing, environmental achievement, online presence and career development.

TRADA and Timber Expo are once again combining to sponsor the Timber Innovation award, while Ireland and UK sawmilling business Glennon Brothers this year has come on board to sponsor the Career Development Award.

After extending the breadth of awards categories last year to recognise joinery product suppliers, the 2017 event will also see further development with increased recognition of the timber construction sector.

“The 20th anniversary awards event last year was a big success and we hope that the 2017 event will once again be a major occasion for the timber trade to come together and celebrate industry excellence,” said TTJ editor Stephen Powney.

A host and guest speaker for the event will be shortly unveiled.
