UPM receives conditional offer for French mill
20 July 2013UPM has received a conditional offer for its Aigrefeuille further processing mill in western France.
The offer is now subject to employee consultation, which UPM expects to complete by mid-September.
The plans to sell the Aigrefeuille mill and the Docelles paper mill in eastern France were announced in January.
Aigrefeuille has the capacity to produce 45,000m3 of interior and exterior panels a year. It was bought by UPM in 2000.
