Amcor, the UK’s largest supplier of domestic dehumidifiers, is targeting the timber sector with a new industrial range of machines.
The company’s D950e is designed for use in large air volumes, can be floor or wall mounted and has a choice of four drain outlets.
Chris Michael of Meaco, which handles UK sales and distribution, said the D950e can be used at all stages of the timber industry, from processing to storage and installation, in order to regulate moisture content and prevent warping of wood.
The range is available from £891 up to £3,000.
