Eurotools and Bahco, which has been manufacturing hand tools, including many used in the timber industry, for more than 120 years, will now operate under the name SNA Europe Ltd.
This will create a “new market force” to improve the products on offers to customers, according to the expanded group’s managing director John Lovatt.
SNA Europe will operate 12 manufacturing plants across Europe and will produce a broad range of hand tools for the commerical and public sectors.
