David Bills, former director-general of the Forestry Commission, has joined wood. for good as an environmental consultant.
During his eight years with the Forestry Commission Mr Bills promoted dialogue with environmental groups and helped to implement the UK Woodland Assurance Scheme.
A fellow of the Institute of Chartered Foresters, Mr Bills will be wood. for good’s spokesperson for environmental and sustainability issues.
