The background to the launch of the new operation has been two years of “significant investment” in new moulding and end-matching capacity. As a result of this, Boddy says its Riverside Sawmills now “boast some of the most advanced machinery with very fast set-up and tooling systems”.
The new division’s Mouldings, Profiles and Flooring Catalogue was distributed at the show and visitors were also targeted with an “it’s in the bag” promotion which comprised a bag of five mouldings and profile samples. “It proved a popular give-away,” said the company.
