Interbuild provided Canadian shake and shingle manufacturers with the opportunity to support their UK distributors and open up new business channels, according to Scott Boates of Teal Cedar Products.
Speaking from the British Columbia Shake and Shingle Association stand, Mr Boates said he had taken the time to visit his company’s distributors, namely John Brash and Vincent Timber, and maintain good relations with them.
He added that the association was a good mouthpiece for Canadian companies to reach out into the UK market. It has been present at Interbuild for the past 12 years, highlighting how “strong a market it is for us”.
