Experienced industry professional Tony Lenc has joined Dale Windows as managing director to boost the senior management team, following the company’s recent acquisition by well known timber sector businessman Richard Fawcett and his associate, Paul Phillips.
With a career spanning 30 years in operations, production, distribution and sales in the timber business and most recently as sales director at builders merchants, Jewson, Mr Lenc is now heading Dale Windows’ planned programme of growth, with the aim to double sales of the premium windows brand to £5m in the next year.
Mr Lenc started his career with JH Sankey, moving on to AAH builders merchants where he spent eight years prior to joining Jewson in 1994. At Jewson his career progressed from project manager to various senior roles including distribution and operations director.
At Lichfield-based Dale Windows, Tony is implementing a planned programme of investments in equipment and people in order to build the future for the premium quality, fully finished windows, specified by leading housebuilders nationwide.
