Duncan King has joined the American Hardwood Export Council in London as programme director – Europe. Formerly director of APA – the Engineered Wood Association – and a consultant to TRADA, Duncan King has long been associated with the American wood product industries’ exports to Europe. He is now responsible for AHEC‘s day-to-day management and programme administration.
“Duncan’s technical expertise and experience, especially in the field of structural timber and timber standards will be a valuable asset to AHEC’s programme, which in recent years has focused increasingly on construction and architecture” said AHEC European director David Venables.
