Eleco plc has appointed Jason Ruddle and Paul Baron as directors of each other’s companies, Gang-Nail Systems Ltd and Consultec UK.
Jason Ruddle is managing director of Consultec UK, part of Eleco Construction Software division, and Paul Baron is managing director of Gang-Nail Systems Ltd, part of the Eleco Timber Engineering division.
“Many Gang-Nail customers are already aware of the technical expertise Consultec UK can bring to their business,” said Jason Ruddle, “Our aim is to share further business opportunities between both the companies within Eleco plc.”
Paul Baron said: “This move sees a tightening of the way software is offered across the timber engineering market by Eleco plc and underpins the benefits we bring to our customers.”
