A Morsø solution supplied by Hoffman is enabling Somerset Joinery to meet increasing demand for complex Georgian-style lattice screens and glazing bars.
A Morsø NSF guillotine and KS mini router are being used to create the detailed system of overlay joints required for the popular Georgian style.
The machines cut the matching cross joints and recess the base for the half lap joint. Somerset Joinery says the resulting secure joint means lattice work for windows or other decorative features can be transported in sections and assembled on site.
