The Henfield, East Sussex, company, which operates from a 2,800m2 factory, recently delivered bespoke 6000mm high walls for the Palace Banqueting Hall in Brunei.
A spokesperson said many of its doors, partitions and walls had vision panels and special apertures framed with quality glaxing beads.
The new system is used to achieve precision mitre joints on the corners of the glazing cassettes. The Hoffmann keys fit securely into the routed keyways in the opposing faces of the components to be joined, pulling the joint together.
Traditionally the joints would have been stapled, pinned or glued in jigs and clamped for long drying and setting times, the spokesperson said.
