A Reichenbacher Hamuel Vision Sprint II CNC machining centre has helped Northern Joinery Ltd to dramatically increase its staircase output.
Whitworth-based Northern Joinery invested in the machine because its three existing Reichenbachers were operating at full capacity and could not keep pace with growing demand.
The addition of the Vision Sprint II has allowed the company to boost its production to more than 200 staircases per week.
The Vision is a 5-axis machine equipped with a Cardanic working head and 12-position toolchanger.
