A Record 132TVN NT Prisma CNC machining centre was sold to Burren Joinery from County Down, Northern Ireland, while two Windor 20 CNC Window machining centres were sold to Joseph Clunes, also from Northern Ireland, and RPT Carpentry and Joinery, Beaconsfield.
SCM added that its new Actionline range of Record CNC machining centres was “very popular” and that a host of other machines were in constant use to demonstrate the range of mouldings and finishings that its equipment can offer, culminating in further sales during the exhibition.
“We were very pleased with the number of visitors attending, the serious enquiries received and, above all, the volume of orders taken both at the show and the week after,” said SCM managing director Ian Brown.
Mr Brown noted that SCM would be “ecstatic” if its next In-house Exhibition, scheduled for the autumn, proves just as popular with customers.
