Arnold Laver Timber World at Birmingham has appointed Terry Palmer as its new general manager.
Mr Palmer was previously a sales manager in Latham, Bristol, before taking up this role in Oldbury, Birmingham.
In his new position he will oversee the workforce at the branch while seeking efficiencies in the operations and administration of the business.
