Sales for ASFI 2002 are on target, with a brochure, website, flyers and other promotional literature proving effective marketing tools, according to the organisers.
The biennial show, to be held at the NEC in Birmingham on November 17-20, will promote the twin themes of innovation and design.
At the Association of Suppliers to the Furniture Industry (ASFI) AGM on June 25 steps were taken to ensure the continuity of its management to 2005 and beyond. It was also reported that prudent management has assured a secure financial future.
Sporting activities laid on for members at the AGM included quad bikes, clay shooting and archery.
