Veneer stock and machinery is being sold off at EV Exports following the appointment of administrators at the third-generation family business.
The Leeds-based company, which was founded in the 19th century, has been operated by the Peskin family since the start and specialised in the production of lay-ons for a wide range of quality veneers.
An online auction of plant and machinery is being held by GVA Grimley, while the £870,000 worth of veneer stock will be sold by public tender.
Machinery includes Kuper end trim binding and veneer stitching machines, a Monguzzi twin-blade guillotine and a Fezer complete veneer cutting and gluing line.
The EV Group also has a warehouse in Wooburn Green, Buckinghamshire.
