Nearly 300m2 of Bauwerk Parkett timber flooring has been chosen by developer John Richardson for the penthouse at his latest development near Margate.
Mr Richardson opted for Solopark flooring in cherry, oak harmony and unsteamed beech, plus white oiled Megapark for the apartment at Marine Heights, Westgate on Sea.
Bauwerk consultant Simon Pearson said the fully-bonded flooring eliminated the need for expansion gaps and lent itself to intricate patterns which would not have been possible with a floating floor.
Marine Heights’ other penthouse will feature nearly 100m2 of Bauwerk flooring. Half of the other 18 apartments will have Bauwerk flooring as an option.
