Housebuilder Bellway plc has announced record annual pre-tax profits of £101.5m for the year ended July 31.
This is 13.9% up on the previous year, while turnover increased by 9.7% to £695.7m.
During the year Bellway built its first house using factory insulated panels. The house, in County Durham, was constructed from wooden panels manufactured in Scotland.
