The Lancashire-based company said its Striebig Control 4168, the smallest machine in Striebig’s nine-strong range of wall saws, had boosted efficiency at its Darwen workshops.
The saw’s 3300x1680mm cutting range and cutting depth of 80mm are used to process 44mm and 54mm-thick particleboard cores, as well as solid timber core door blanks.
"We bought the Striebig to replace an existing wall saw that was underpowered while cutting through the 44 and 54mm cores currently being used," said Lee McMahon, managing director of Bespoke Complete Services.
The Control, supplied by Leicester-based TM Machinery Sales, is fitted with an optional electronic positioning system, touch screen control panel and a digital measuring system.
Bespoke Complete Services also produces a wide range of joinery products in all timbers, veneers and laminates, in addition to bespoke doorsets, fire doors up to FD120 and acoustic door sets up to 40dB.
