A national day of action against the old growth logging practices of US forestry firm Boise saw environmentalists and students hold protests in more than 40 American cities and universities.
The event, organised by groups including the Rainforest Action Network and Free the Planet!, involved the targeting of several Boise customers.
It is the latest move in a concerted campaign against the company for refusing to adopt sustainable forestry principles.
