The BRE has published its spring schedule of training workshops and seminars, details of which can be viewed at www.bre.co.uk/events.
A one-day CPD workshop on the new Part L regulations will be held in Manchester on February 15 and Birmingham on February 28.
Aimed at architects, engineers, contractors, building control officers and building owners and managers, it will give an overview of key changes including design issues for fabric, including airtightness and solar shading and design issues for services including heating, cooling and lighting.
On March 30 a seminar on small-scale, building integrated wind power will be held at BRE at Watford and a one-day conference on flood damage to housing will take place on March 7.
On February 28, a one-day conference will explain the implications of new fire legislation.
