Covers has announced the acquistion of three new sites in West Sussex, “which will enhance our trade offering” according to managing director Steve Osborne.
One Stop Building Materials Direct Ltd and Crinda Landscape Supplies will now trade under the Covers name, wth David Frazer, director at One Stop and Crinda, taking charge of the three sites as a Covers commercial manager.
The three sites include One Stop’s outlets in Horsham and Worthing, and Crinda’s Rudgwick site.
“We are delighted to have these three new locations under the Covers banner, which wll ehance our trade offering and service levels in the mid Sussex area,” said Mr Osborne.
“We also welcome David Frazer and his team to Covers together with their wealth of experience.”
Crinda stocks a range of soft and hard landscaping solutions, including sleepers and decorative chippings, as well as timber building products and joinery. One Stop lists sawn timber, doors, panels and veneered boards amongst its products.
