Family-owned Crown Timber plc has sold 20% of its business to Södra for an undisclosed sum.
Crown Timber chief executive Stuart McIntyre said the move would give his company assured access to planed structural timer from Södra’s sawmills while, in return, Södra had secured its distribution routes in the UK and Irish markets.
