Roof truss and engineered flooring manufacturer DWB is expanding with the formation of a new company based at the former Palgrave Brown site in Boston.
DWB directors were approached by former Palgrave Brown operations director Steve Pinner to take over Palgrave’s Boston operation from administrators.
The new company, DWB Boston Ltd, became operational on February 1 and is engaged in roof truss production and manufacture of GangNail Ecojoists.
Existing businesses DWB Roof Truss Ltd in Hull and DWB Anglia Ltd in Maldon operate as separate stand alone companies but share the same DWB Timber Engineering branding.
DWB Anglia Ltd managing director Trevor Tween described the expansion as a good market opportunity, as the Boston business was not a brand new company and had an established operation and customer base.
