A national forest programme for the UK has been published on CD-ROM by the Forestry Commission.
The programme consists of full versions of the forestry strategies for England, Scotland, Wales and the consultation document for Northern Ireland.
It spells out the UK Forestry Standard which shows how UK policy and practices fit in with international commitments on sustainable forestry.
Other features are an introduction outlining the background and international context of key documents and links to related documents.
Free copies of the CD-ROM are available from the Forestry Commission.
