The world’s youngest billionaire, German forest magnate Prince Albert von Thurn und Taxis lost 10% of his wealth last year, according to Forbes magazine.
But the 25-year-old racing driver prince, whose 30,000ha of forest in Germany is reckoned to be one of the largest forest holdings in Europe, regained the title as the world’s youngest billionaire. Younger rivals dropped out of the Forbes list, leaving the prince in pole position with US$2.1bn.
