N orfolk architectural practice Real Architecture has designed 10 glulam frame industrial units for the equivalent cost of the steel frame/ blockwork buildings usually found on business parks.
The units were designed to embody environmental principles. Features include Fillcrete’s EVT Breathing Technology, timber cladding, timber windows and doors, with organic paints and stains used throughout.
The units are now owned by Eco Tech Developments and Breckland District Council.
