More than 250 timber windows and 33 timber entrance doors have been supplied to a residential refurbishment in Chelsea by Ambass-A-Door.
The timber units were to replace existing frames and the client, The Guinness Trust, required a desired life of 60 years to be written into the specification.
Ambass-A-Door managing director David Lomax said: “For the replacement windows, we supplied more than 250 double glazed Surlingham storm proof profiles with espagnolette locking.
“These meet the criteria of BS 7590 for security purposes, which was a key consideration.”
