Bradford timber merchant Harris & Greenwood (Timber) Ltd has gone into liquidation after a period of unsatisfactory trading.
Creditors prompted the liquidation call after directors decided that they could not continue trading profitably. The merchanting site was closed and the workforce laid off by liquidator Baker Tilley on February 19. An auction is to be staged to dispose of the company’s assets.
Among the assets are a leasehold property and commercial vehicles.
