Bridgend-based Holbrook Timber Frame Ltd has been praised for its continued growth over the last three years.
Holbrook has been named on the Wales Fast Growth 50 (FG50) list three years in a row, earning it a special award for sustainable business growth.
FG50 awards are presented to the fastest growing firms in each of the Welsh economy’s main sectors. Sustainable growth awards are presented to those firms featured on the list three years or more in a row.
“To win an FG50 award for the third year running is a big achievement, and to be recognised individually for successfully maintaining our growth and performance is a very proud moment, especially in the current economic climate,” said director Neil Smith.
‘The biggest challenge over the last three years has been to manage the inevitable constant change that takes place within a fast growing company whilst still delivering quality and good customer service along with ongoing staff and system development.”
Mr Smith added Holbrook is “realistic” about the forecast for the construction and manufacturing industries, but said its culture of collaboration has seen business remain positive during the downturn.
