Heather Hughes has been presented with a gold watch after completing 25 years with Grange.
Ms Hughes started work at Grange as a panel maker and is now the yard supervisor at Site 1 in Telford.
Presenting her with the watch, managing director Duncan Hill thanked her for her hard work and particularly her loyalty and commitment to the company.
Ms Hughes said she had seen a lot of change, generally for the better, and a lot of people come and go. “But I wouldn’t swap my job for the world,” she added.
